ollies - practice popping your tail (timing is everything)
the easiest way to learn is to start off with your front foot a couple
inches below your front truck bolts. suck down, pop that tail and when
that tail pops start sliding your front foot towards the nose... this
take practice!!! heres a video i found that may help you out (for a
visual)

ollies are the pinpoint starting point for kickflips and heelflips! learn ollies and get them dialed 1st!
manuals - im guessing since you asked me how to ollie, you are just doing manuals on flat ground.?.
i keep my front foot either on or just a hair below my front truck
bolts, (ride with a decent amount of speed(not to fast, but enough that
you are moving)) push down on your tail and lift your front foot a lil.
when you feel like your tail is about to drag on the ground, push down
a lil with your front foot. if you feel like your front wheels are
going to touch - with your back leg shift it foward a lil...this should
help you stay in a manual a lil longer. practice is a must!!! but once
you get it down, you can ollie into it and get it up on curbs, boxes,
picnic tables ect.
heel flips - get your ollie really good first!
this vid may help you more than my words hahaha..

kickflip - just like heel flips get your ollies down pat 1st!!!
set up almost in your ollie position, with your front foot heel hanging
off a lil more than with your ollie. (i find it easier if my front foot
toes are angled a lil to the nose of the board)
pop like you are going to ollie, slide your front foot like an olle, but slide it and flick it down with your front foot..
i would just practice flipping it board to learn how to flip it and get it dialed.
once you get the flip down, try it with full commitment, you wanna
learn to catch the flip with your back foot first. (if you learn it
this way, you will have a better chance of getting them every time.

most likely you will learn both tricks mobbed (lil pop - low to the ground)but just keep practicing!
i know this is long but i hope it helps you!
