Well, I thought I posted this once - but evidently not.? Anyway, today I played handball for the first time in since late January 2007.? Reaction time and reflexes off - and right knee does NOT listen to brain when it tells it to MOVE!

Handball is played in the same kind of court as racquetball - only with a smaller, harder ball and with - are you ready - your hands (gloved, of course - rules).? Game is faster than racquetball for the most part - handball can get up to speeds in excess of 100 mph, most particularly off the back wall when the ball stuck by your opponent finds your kidneys.?
