    Most people are aware that strength is important. To be sure, strength is critical. But there are more to it than just power. Proper technique makes a giant difference too. Basketball players often fail to remember this. Should you improve that, you should increase to jumping in a major way.

    In addition, jumping, in and of itself, isn't terribly beneficial for most competitions. For skatboarding, for example, you has to control your jump program.     It's no surprise that well-trained athletes are seeking out other means to learn how to jump higher.
